It is only a few km away from Busselton Jetty, easy access to shopping, beaches if you have a car. The owner is helpful too. My room was out of hotwater, and the owner attended to it right away upon reporting.

Was in a stand-alone unit which was great (they aren’t all but most are). Clean & comfortable- the bed was short sheeted but other than that, no issues.

The room we had was really small and unfortunately the drinking glasses in the room were dirty so we needed to wash them before use.
Breakfast was supplied which is always a bonus.
