"The room was clean, modern,spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt,etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "
"The room was very clean. The housekeeping were very pleasant and well mannered. There are always taxis parked in front of the hotel. It was very convenient after checking out and getting a taxi to the airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel again, when I'm in Hong Kong."

"A simply high quality elegant hotel in the heart of Hong Kong. Great location walkable to many attractions and shopping centers. The metro is across the street, literally you open the door and cross the street 20 feet and you go down to the metro station.
Staff is professional, helpful, courteous and friendly. We also had the high tea at the hotel which was exceptional.
