Excellent location. Close to public transport and about 50 metres from Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street. Room was small but comfortable. Stored our luggage on the last day. Had a great time.

Novelty check in, convenient location
Convenient location, novelty welcome and perfect sized room for what we needed. No frills, somewhere clean and comfortable to stay in proximity to the main attactions in osaka. We had checked in advance re the luggage shunt service and were told we could arrange it. This didnt appear to be an option and we were instead sent to the shop to arrange at namba station - easy enough but meant moving suitcases about.

The property was very well located close to public transport and lots of shopping options as well as restaurants. The breakfast advertised that was included with our reservation was definitely not a continental breakfast. There were not very many options for people who did not eat sushi for breakfast. Other than that the facilities were very clean and very well located.

Great location in a safe area. Short walk to Dontonbori and Shinsaibashisuji. The robot dinosaurs are so unique and adds to the value of your stay. Place was clean and well maintained, definitely recommend.

Prime location, very easy to get everywhere. Clean, good customer service and they provide many sanitary items along with free coffee, teas, juices and happy hours alcoholic drinks. Our room is quiet and equipped with fridge, kettle and Japanese style bathroom, large bathtub. Enjoyable stay!

The staff-less check-in was awkward and didn't really work properly. Ended up having to call a staff member to help us and to take our baggage as we were early. The dinosaur robots are a gimmick that don't really work. Room was fine but breakfast wasn't great and you had to eat it in reception. They have no facility for forwarding your luggage Was in a great location which we appreciated but we will probably choose somewhere different next time

Great Stay
The hotel does not have front desk staff. Itw a self checkin service front by 2 dinosaurs. The room is very small but clean. We didnt ask the staff to clean our room during my 4 days stay there. Even so, the hotel staff will always hang fresh towels outside our doorsteps everyday. A service which we really appreciate. Theres also free breakfast every morning. Free flow alcohol at night for those who loves to drink. Overall a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay there again if i visit Osaka again.

It was so amusing to be greeted by dinosaurs behind the front desk. You could choose your language and they would check you in. (We did have to get a human to put our bags in storage until we could check in.) Also in the lobby, there were about 20 little Robohan robots who did a coordinated performance on the hour. Also, they had little packets of green tea that you could use with the electric kettle in your room.

This was NOT at all "Henna" hotel. Yes, there is a group of small robot dancers in the lobby but they never danced much. Yes, there were a couple of dinosaurs welcoming you at the front desk but they are not functional as a check in clerk at all. The self check-in didn't work and an actual staff had to come out from the back to assist us. The room was small (though very efficient layout I must say!) and there was no robot inside, nothing interesting. It's close from the subway station exit once you get outside but took awhile of wandering underground to find the exit. No laundry facility in the hotel, free snacks and drinks were meh. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out at the self-serving lockers but there aren't many available and they fill up fast. Was hoping for some fun and interesting experience staying at a strange hotel but nothing exciting at all. Will not stay there again.

Great location BUT NOT CLEAN AT ALL. Clean sheets & towels are laid out on the ground at room corridor instead of on the trolleys. My bedsheet was filled with blood stains which were left behind from previous use. If u don’t mind all that then it’s a great location, subway just few steps away but I won’t return due to lack of hygiene.

Great place to stay while exploring Osaka
Great location, near the train station (you need to find out and understand the underground layout of Shinsaibashi Station) and within walking distance to Dotonbori. Room slightly smaller than what the pictures made it seem to be. Had 4 large suitcases, had to "tetris" the suitcase around to make space. Room was clean and well maintained. Toilet and shower was separated. We booked the LG Styler room, the LG Styler was a great device, used it everyday. But it take about 1+ hour to complete its cycle. Having refreshed clothes everyday and getting rid of smells on clothing at the end of the day was a great plus to my trip. Had some issues at the automated check-in, but on-site staff was helpful and quick to resolve issue. TL;DR: Great location, nice hotel
