Pyramids Guest House

We booked a room with pyramids view, however when we arrived for check-in, the room was already occupied by others. As it was late to check-in (1am) & the staff was not sure about booking, I complained the following day. Another staff kept saying this was the staff on duty yesterday's mistake so they cannot do anything for last night. I requested refund of difference but still said No. I was tired of complaining, no solution, I contacted Hotels.com staff to solve the issue. Only proper service to provide was Hotels.com.

They took great care of us! Hamad did a super job as a tour guide...everything ran as smooth as silk.

I travel a lot this choice was one of the best I've ever made. It's so beautiful from the rooftop dining. The staff here was as efficient and kind as any I've been to. You walk in the door and you feel like home. With them doing all the work. Breakfast was outstanding. The tours they offer are more economical then on the Internet. But absolutely no pressure. The tour guide they a have is very knowledgeable about all of Egypt's history past and current. I will be back so comfortable and welcoming.

The host Tito was very nice. He made us feel welcome. Its like home away from home.the guide Ahmad was very good driver and well in formed. The staffs are so nice, and always there to help. The view from the terrace is amazing. We enjoyed our stay ans will be coming back. Definitely will recommend this place to my family and friends. Tito helped us organized our trip to historical places. He speak very good English and fluent in Russian too.
