Don't be fooled by the hotel name....centre?
The hotel is really lovely if you are happy to stay in the middle of nowhere with nothing else around it like places to drink or eat. You need to get a shuttle to Taksim square to get to civilisation. I live in London and am used to high prices but the prices charged at the hotel for alcohol and food were totally eye-watering. £9 for a bottle of local Efes beer and £20 for a glass of really not good wine is a daylight robbery. It's a real shame that the management have no shame in charging such exorbitant prices as it would have been managable to stay in the middle of nowhere. Not impressed at all.

The hotel is ok but we had one night a construction right in front of our room and couldn’t sleep and the management didn’t care altough we did complain. We asked for a crib and they said they would being it but never did, and a few other details that were a bit disappointing

Room is comfortable although it’s small, It’s good that hotel provides free mini-bus to the place near to Taksim square. The restaurant is clean, although its lack of variety. The swimming pool and steam room, sauna is small and not hot, don’t like it

Great hotel with fantastic service, so-so location
The rooms and service are top notch. The breakfast is amazing but starts at 7am which is not great if you are in the area for business and need to get going early. I was promised a packed breakfast box one morning but it didn't actually happen, unfortunately. The main drawback for me was the location. There isn't much around the hotel and Taksim is up a very steep hill. There is an hourly shuttle bus between 10am and around 9pm going to Taksim, but you need to plan around it. Taxi drivers are quite annoyed if you only need to go up the hill. I tried walking a few times but you are going through some rougher areas and the incline is crazy.
