Our day was incredible. The location was terrific and the people who worked there are so nice. The room was clean and also very cute. Loved all of the pineapple themed items. The hotel is small, only four rooms per floor, which makes it feel like such an intimate day I really enjoyed the stay while we were seeing Harry Styles and Wicked!

We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and accommodating. Our bed was comfy and we loved the coffee maker. My only complaint was the size of the room, but that's to be expected in NYC. Hidden gem in the middle of it all. The rooms are small but just what 1 or 2 people need. The coffee in the room was amazing and they have a water refill station. If you’ve been to NY and know how expensive bottled water is, this is a luxury. Everyone was awesome. We will definitely be back

I know NYC hotels are small but there was basically no lobby or place to hang other than your room which is a bed with 12 inches on each side and a bathroom.
