This resort is an incredible oasis in Puglia. Central location allows easy access to the best sights and beaches while avoiding the hectic parking that you would have to deal with in the larger cities. The staff and general manager Dott. After a week staying in various historic accommodations in Puglia, we were very happy to spend two nights in this bright, modern hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable with a large balcony and view of the sea. Melania and manager Alessandro at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It’s a good location for easy day trips to Alberobello, Monopoli, and other seaside towns.

The staff was great, but we just cannot rate the hotel more than 2 stars, not for the rate we paid. There was no hot water for most of our 3 night stay (this seems to be a recurring issue), our “ocean side” view was obstructed (until they moved us) and on weekends the very loud noise from neighboring clubs runs until 3AM. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is totally adequate and comfortable, but it’s simply not worth the $500+ we paid for each night (over $650 on weekends). This is more a $200-$300 a night hotel.

Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week.

Personale cordiale ed estremamente disponibile, in particolare il direttore il quale si preoccupa di far sentire gli ospiti come a casa propria. La colazione è ottima e servita nel roof top dell’hotel con una bella vista mare. Torneremo con la bella stagione.
