Stayed here for 3 weeks and I don’t have any complaints. The cleaning team was outstanding especially the Iranian lady who was really friendly and kind. Didn’t use much of the amenities as i was always out but would definitely recommend.

Ripped off - family trip ruined
The hotel is becoming date, unclean and with terrible breakfast .. paid for it but didn’t consume it for the whole stay .. the bathrooms were so unclean that I had to clean them myself from the yellow stains .. food options are terrible .. don’t get stuck here since there are many better options in Muscat

Untrustworthy housekeeping staff.
The front of house service was extraordinary. Huge apartments, gym facility and pool. We was allowed an early check in on arrival which was very helpful. A few teething issues, when we arrived we had to request robes and slippers which were not in the apartment - however they brought them up straight away. They only gave us 4 capsules of coffee despite that we was there 8 days - when I requested more for each of the remaining days they charged it to the room. No toiletries in the bathroom other than a small shampoo and conditioner, they never cleaned the kitchen floor once, I also left quite a few belongings in the room on the bed at checkout, some electricals, some clothes and some books, I called the hotel to see if I could collect these and they were never handed in, some of these items were quite expensive and it’s a shame that the housekeeping staff were untrustworthy. Although the front of house staff and restaurant staff were incredible, the small issues bugged me and my left belongings being taken left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t personally rate The overall experience of this hotel a 5*

New property with clean rooms, free breakfast, beautiful pool. We got un upgrade from regular room to 2 bdr, 2 bathroom, kitchen suit!!! Negatives: a construction is still going on around it, it’s confusing to get there.

Good stay for a family with young kids
I would definitely reccomnd the hotel for families with young kids specially since you have the washing machine and a kitchen and plenty of space for kids to move .. my only comment is that staff definitely need a little more training to be working for a 5 stars hotel and the breakfast got much better after the new chef started as the first two days was poor but then it got much much better.. I would probably rate the hotel at 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars
