Perfect reception with quick check-in and convenient parking. Great location on South Bank, in the heart of the city. Spacious room for four and a fantastic rooftop pool, although there were few available sunbeds. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast.

"I still feel the hotel needs more attention to detail. Maybe it’s just me, but I notice small things that aren’t done, and with a price tag like Emporium’s, everything should be flawless. The glasses in the bathrooms were cracked, my bed wasn’t made one day, and they provided body lotion in the shower but no body soap. These little things really stood out."

Brilliant Hotel
I love this hotel. I was recuperating after surgery at Mater Hospital and it had everything I needed whilst I relaxed. The swimming pool is spectacular and so are the bars, and the Italian cuisine for dinner was truly amazing. I had the sushi platter twice in a row for lunch on the terrace and it was delicious and fresh. I can’t say enough good things.
