About this condo
Summer or winter, this newly built [2016] condo is a perfect base for a Yellowstone getaway.
The condo can quite easily accommodate six guests. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, and there is a full bed sized futon in the loft. The bathroom upstairs has a tub, a shower, and two sinks; the main floor bath has a good sized shower. Both bathrooms have heated tile floors, especially nice during the winter months. The kitchen has full sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and a large farmhouse sink and is fully equipped for cooking and eating-in. Coffee, tea, and a limited number of condiments are provided. The laundry room has a full sized washer and drier and of course laundry soap. Dishwasher soap is also provided, as are shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes.
In the summer, the nearby trails provide hiking options. The entrance to Yellowstone National Park is only a mile from the condo door. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the Museum of the Yellowstone are all within easy walking distance. Outdoor chairs and coolers are available for taking along on your Yellowstone adventures. A Weber grill is available for outdoor use.
For winter adventures, the condo is an ideal location for skiing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling. Just across the street, a cross-country ski/snow shoe trail heads north along the park boundary; a few blocks away a groomed trail goes into the park, and less than a mile away the Rendezvous Ski Trails offers many options to cross country skiers. For snowmobilers, there is parking behind the condo for a truck and trailer and easy access to hundreds of miles of trails.
Year around, the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, the IMAX theatre, and the Visitors Center are also within easy walking distance. Please note: the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is closed to both snow and road travel from early November to mid-December and also from mid March until mid April. Boundary street was perfect for our XC ski trip to West Yellowstone.
Property was immaculate and well stocked. Check in was easy as could be and did I mention the radiant heating in the bathrooms? Perfect during a MT winter!

Beautiful well organized home in the perfect location in West Yellowstone
My wife and I, my in laws, and 2 children (7 &5) stayed here for 4 nights. The location of this house was ideal. It was literally across the street from Yellowstone park, a few blocks from mutiple restaurants, and 2 blocks from an amazing sledding hill in the city park (don’t miss this if you have young children). The house itself is beautiful and very well designed. The owner thought of everything and seems to genuinely want guests to have a great time. She provided a full supply of necessities such as paper goods and garbage bags that are not usually provided at vrbo rentals. The owner was very helpful in planning our stay by recommending fun activities for our kids. We tried several restaurants in town and to be honest none were very good so the fully equipped modern kitchen in this home was a real help. Thank you Trish for an awesome vacation!

Great family location
We loved the location of the condo. The heated floors were perfect for those cold nights. Trish was so accommodating to all my questions and set us up with the perfect ski instructor for one of our activities. Would definitely stay at her condo again.

Winter vacation
This was a great house for our winter trip to Yellowstone! The house was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the snow mobile rentals. There’s also access to a hiking/ cross country ski trail right outside the front door. The owner was super helpful when we had questions too. I would love to stay here again in the future.
