The hotel its self was very nice and clean. When we went into the room, the heat was not on and it was very cold in there. It took forever to heat up and then it never got real warm. The hotel said it had breakfast when i booked it and there was no breakfast not even coffee. The sidewalks to get into the hotel were not even scooped off except in front of the door. We were gone all the next day and it was finally getting warmer in the room. We left the next day to go home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was breakfast. The breakfast area was closed for the season. We didn't know this until we checked in. Snow and ice were piled on both sides of the entryway.

!White Buffalo a hidden gem
Great stay, very clean, excellent breakfast, good staff and service. Good value in West Yellowstone in walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants. Nice property and can't wait to go back

Poor service by front desk!
The front desk clerk was very rude because I rang the soundless bell several times when nobody answered for more than 5 minutes, he was showing his anger when serving me and put me in the farthest corner without telling me where to go (it was several buildings), I asked him “are you upset because I rang the bell several times?” he said yes! So I asked his name but he won’t tell me. Since I got prepaid and non-refundable room, I stayed that night very upset with his rudeness, he even just threw the keys card to me. I was going to get physical with him, but then I decided to be a better person than he is and kept my composure! I will never return there!

This was a great stay. My husband & I stayed 5 nites while we did our 1st trip to Yellowstone. Great service, very clean. Full breakfast (eggs, meat, fruit, biscuits/gravy...) as opposed to continental (donuts/bagels/yogurt) which as great every. Would stay again!

A little dated, but and clean and well serviced
The room was a little dated and rickety, but it was warm, very clean and spacious. The beds were very very uncomfortable but everything else about this room was perfect for what we needed…a quick nights stay and breakfast.
