Booked and prepaid two rooms at this hotel via Expedia. Upon arrival front desk informed us that only one room was booked! Not very convenient for five people!
After finally bringing up our expedia account on our cell phones, they said ok and began to search for a second room for us. They found one!
It stank like cigarette smoke. The floors in the room were absolutely horrible. Not just dirt, but popcorn seeds, sunflower seeds etc. I don't think it had been cleaned for months. The other room was satisfactory.
The restaurant was really good and the breakfast was great. For visiting Bergama, the location was good as well.
I contacted Expedia in regards to the missed booking and filth - but they said there is nothing they can do unfortunately.
Personally, I don't recommend this hotel.
