Excellent hotel with a good service
We had booked a family room downstairs and a single room upstairs. The family rooms are lovely , clean, spacious. The single room we got upgraded to a biggest one , Thanks poppy the arrangement. Pool is clean we did swim daily even night time. Staff are friendy. The other side we love is the breakfast. A basic one but it is delicious. We got full everyday. The hotel owner is Poppy a lovely woman. She is caring , look after our stay. I definitely will stay again if i go to chiang mai again
