Stay away from this hotel..! You are warned!
It is run by an incompetent General manager (GM).
There is no front desk and you need to confirm your reservation 24 hours before checking.
You need to call several times to get in hold of the GM.
No replies.
I booked 3 nights in May 2018.
When, I spoke to the GM; she told me that she doesn't have a booking and then, my reservation was canceled by previous GM (Revolving door)!
She added that the hotel is fully booked and can't accommodate me!
Imagine, you are 24 hours before checking in a foreign country?
Thus, if you don't want to have similar experience, opt for another lodge with full service.
There are plenty in Sandton and other parts of Johannesburg.
