J aurais aimé avoir un questionnaire en français .... j'ai noté qu'il vaut mieux résever directement a l hotel plutot que de passer par une plateforme tres impersonnel et mécanique ; alors qu'à l hotel, le personnel de l'accueil voir la responsable, vous écoute fait au mieux pour régler votre souci toujours avec compétence, patience et sourire . Hôtel à fuir!
Cet hôtel abrite des familles de réfugiés avec enfants en bas âges, (pleures, jeux divers durant la nuit, …) De plus, la boulangerie dont le laboratoire se situe en dessous de notre chambre a été à l’origine de bruits divers à partir de 4h du matin. Ainsi, si vous recherchez une nuit calme et ressourçante, FUYEZ Nous avons notifié ces désagréments à l’hôtesse d’accueil, pas de réaction particulière de sa part.

The reception does not open until late in the afternoon but when on duty they were good There was no storage in our room and we had to live out of our cases. The coffee facilities and cups were not renewed during our stay so we finished the holiday thirsty
