As a solo traveler, safety is my first priority and the Grand Hyatt did not disappoint. Entire property well guarded. Loved my stay here, I ended up extending by a few extra days. Rooms were lovely and great dining options but the cherry on the pie is the Hyatt's staff. Friendly and super helpful! Always ready with all the answers:) Thank you to the great staff! Made me feel like I was home for a few days. Needless to say, I will be back:)

The lobby and amenities of the hotel are very clean and spacious. We were impressed by this. However as soon as we checked into our room, it smelled like sewer water and requested for a room change. After about an hour we were able to get a new room. Only to find the next day that we would have to change rooms again due to an event happening on our floor. We were there for a total of three days and we have three separate rooms each day. This was inconvenient as we have to unpack and pack multiple times. We were quite upset with this situation and hope this doesn't happen again.
