I stayed at this hotel to attend the Taipei Game Show 2025. This hotel situates within the close proximity of the venue that you can easily walk there in around 10-15 minutes. It's also close to Nangang MRT station with just around 5 minutes walk, so there are plenty of options for food and shopping, too. The staffs are helpful, and the breakfast buffet available is pretty OK as well.

Arrived early before ck in but the clerk did explain this. We agreed to pay a fee to be able to get a room before ck in which wasn’t too bad . Understand that 11 am ck out we arrived at 10 am . She was able to get us a room by 11:am. Just showered and slept .appreciate the early ck in !

Arrived early from overnite flight couldn’t ck in till 3 pm but clerk offered a room in next hour if we paid a fee , which we did and got a room showered and went to sleep. Hotel on cold side in room no heat I guess in Tiawan hotels only air conditioning. Our room was neat clean but had a musty / moldy smell in bathroom ? Air vent ? Otherwise great hotel !!!!!

Picked this place because it was close to Nangang Station and a couple other places I wanted to visit. The people that helped us check in were extremely rude but the people who took over during mid-day and at night were very courteous and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was turned up way too high and anybody coming here should 100% bring their own soap and shampoo. The in-house shampoo they provided smelled like a dentist’s office and made me smell worse coming out than I did going in. The location is a bit of a walk from the MRT but nothing too outrageous. If you’re looking for something in the Nangang area I would definitely recommend it if you want something close to the convention center but not so close that your paying exorbitant prices.

Staff is nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to both Nangang Exhibition Center MRT station and Nangang MRT station. Easy to order food delivery. Suggest to avoid booking a room with balcony - it is facing the street that there is a construction site opposite the hotel (noisy)

It's near a MRT station, which is good, but when it rains it takes a while for taxis/uber to arrive. My room had a lot of hair stuck in the sink, from day one to day 4, no cleaning at all. Otherwise it's OK.

Everything is well organized. I have only one critic: the windows are old so it gets very hot without AC and the rooms are therefore and due to the traffic very loud.

Overall a great stay. Clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price, good selection of western and traditional breakfast. I stayed at 12th floor and can still hear the traffic a bit. I think the windows are not air tight. Be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Most staff work here are above and beyond. I forgot my retainer here and they called me. The person helped me check-in made me feel rushed. The service from other staff made it up, so still 5 stars.
