A estadia é muito boa, o atendimento ótimo. O café da manhã estava gostoso, só senti falta de ter opção de carboidrato cozido como bata doce ou banana da terra. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, o ventilador de teto estava com bastante poeira e não foi recolhido o lixo de um dia para o outro, sendo que fiquei 2 diárias.

Ótima opção custo benefício no Cipó
A estadia na Pousada Recanto da Serra ocorreu dentro do esperado. O café da manhã simples mas com tudo fresco e bem servido, os quartos estavam limpos e o espaço perfeito para acomodar 3 pessoas. Uma ótima opção custo benefício na região. O único porém, mas que não chegou a nos incomodar pois acordamos cedo, foi o isolamento acústico dos quartos praticamente inexistente dando pra se ouvir tudo que se fala nos quartos ao lado.

Tudo ocorreu de forma perfeita... fiz a compra nos hotéis.com. O check in e check out foi bem rápido e sem burocracia... o quarto que fiquei não tinha ar condicionado eu estava ciente disso porém a ventilação e boa... o café da manhã e bem simples porém bom... a piscina e as instalações são média pra boa... a decoração da pousada e mto bela... O que mais me encantou foi o serviço prestado por os funcionários da pousada. A localização e boa. Eu recomendo muito a pousada.

Péssimo quanto ao Hoteis.com
Fiz reserva por esse site, e quando cheguei lá, avisaram que não havia nenhuma reserva e também que não trabalhavam por esse site. Espero que não tenham debitado no meu cartão de crédito.
