My sister and I travel to New York a few times a year just for fun. This hotel was, by far, one of the better hotels we stayed at, because of the staff!!! We have stayed at some high-end hotels, and they did not compare to the staff at the Hilton Garden. They were all so very helpful and ALWAYS had a smile on their face. We will definitely stay there again. It was very clean and centrally located. I very rarely write a review, but I could not let the staff here know how they really made our trip!!!!

8/10 Very good

Our room was clean and all of the staff we encountered were really nice. The water in the room was hard to regulate. It was either burning hot or cool most of my shower, neither one was great for showering. By the end the temp seemed to even out, but all 4 guests in our room had the same feedback.
