ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun
"Staff was great. I love it"
Lotte Hotel World
"the room fit my family of 4 perfectly."
LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
"Quick check in. Welcoming staff. Breakfast catered for all dietary requirements and lots of variety. Don't be late as closure is very punctual 0700-1000. Laundry is very useful 24hrs. Small wash takes 36 mins and dryer takes 45 mins. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Metro is a 3 min walk to entrance but prepare for an additional 5 min walk to line 3 and 6. Down town Myeongdong is only a 10 min walk away. Hotel is ideally located. There's a 24hr 711 on the ground/1st floor. The superior Twin room is very spacious. Big single beds. Could do with more space to place a second suitcase. The TV is enormous but limited for choice of English channels. City view room is great. We were on the 16th floor and could hear very little noise from traffic below. The self service luggage storage room was very useful for our late flight. Overall a fantastic stay and looking forward to staying again soon."
Pacific Hotel
"Very good location.."
Shilla Stay Seodaemun Seoul Station
"I think everything was pretty good. I was unsure where to stay cause I wanna stay at the hotel but it was nice. They have water there if you asked for it at the front desk but for some reason, our AC wouldn’t go below 22 three Celsius set up for 18°C but they had a hard time lowering but we were able to enjoy it though"
Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam
"Unknown fan noise all night long. I turned off all lights and the fan switch, but it still went on."
Fairfield by Marriott Seoul
"I recommend this hotel because everything is close by—trains, buses, and plenty of shops. The discounts are great, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly. I give it a 10."
Glad Mapo
"I like its restaurant and location"

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Seoul
- Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Seoul on a budget is a great value for money, with lower prices typically seen from January to March. During this period, hotel prices may drop, making it an affordable option. For a fulfilling experience, a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended to explore the key landmarks, historical sites and cultural attractions, including castles, museums, temples, monuments, and urban areas with distinctive dining and cafes. This budget-friendly trip allows visitors to immerse themselves in Seoul’s rich heritage and vibrant history.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover hotel deals in Seoul, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay updated on flash sales and special promotions, ensuring you don't overlook potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping feature in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, so you're more likely to see the best options available. With these tools, you'll be well-equipped to secure a fantastic last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year; therefore, being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in a Seoul hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels may provide a more personalised touch and occasionally offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we'll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average, and if it appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you potentially secure a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive; however, with Seoul's superb public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel further afield that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
