The property is very convenient for shopping, dining, and train station. The only downside is the air conditioning in the room. Sometimes it works, but there are times like midnight onwards until early morning the room is so warm, like there is no AC.

A pleasant, older property that has been renovated and well maintained. Rooms are clean and confortable. Very well located: Not far from Busan Station (walkable but advisable to use a taxi if you haul several and/or large suitcases), just down the street from the Busan Tower Cable Car station, next to a subway station and, more importantly, right across the street from the fantastic Myeongdong District, it's upbeat night market and literally hundreds of restaurants and shops. Also down the street from the upscale Shinsegae Department Store, the Namdaemun Market and a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Lotte Department Store Myeongdong and its fabulous food court [located on floor B1] and restaurants [located on the13th and 14th floors]. On-site dining and breakfast choices are limited except for a Holly Cafe located directly in the lobby. Numerous other cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.
