Arriving at 2 in the morning didn’t help, having been delayed at the Channel Tunnel for 8 hours, but the check in process is complicated for the uninitiated. Once completed, the next problem was getting the baggage to the first floor without any lifts, being disabled. The night guard was not only unhelpful, but rude. The room itself was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was fine. Now I know what to expect, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
