Ambiente muito agradável
Bem localizado, quartos bonitos, camas e travesseiros de ótima qualidade, piscina muito bonita, porém um pouco pequena se houver muitos hóspedes. Possui restaurante próprio com café da manhã incluído muito gostoso e pratos à parte para almoço e jantar, pedimos uma parmegiana que estava excelente e bem farta, mas achamos um pouco caro os valores dos pratos. De modo geral é um excelente hotel e muito aconchegante, voltariamos com toda certeza.

Incômodo pelo barulho externo e interno
Tenho prós e contras. Prós: a acomodação é bem confortável e limpíssima. A piscina é pequena, mas funcional e agradável. O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento é impessoal, mas rápido e eficiente. Contras: a questão do barulho foi o que mais nos incomodou. O hotel fica ao lado de uma área para eventos. Não sei se é dali que vinha o som, mas a música estava altíssima e mesmo a janela do hotel sendo dupla, sentíamos a cama tremendo (não num bom sentido) com as batidas graves da música. Eu tenho o sono pesadíssimo e mesmo assim acordei e não consegui dormir. Por esta razão, eu não voltaria neste hotel. Outra questão de barulho é no café da manhã. Fomos por volta das 9hs e o salão estava lotado. Sabemos que haverá barulho por conta dos pratos e talheres, mas o nível do barulho, mais do que a lotação, incomodou bastante.

Este hotel é minha casa , em Piracicaba. Há muito tempo venho e, sempre saio satisfeita. Equipe preparada , atenciosa, delícia de café da manhã. Limpeza e higiene. Em Piracicaba, é o que recomendo.

Pior IMPOSSÍVEL!!!!! Ficamos uma única noite, chegamos a noite. E praticamente não conseguimos dormir com o barulho do ar condicionado em PÉSSIMAS CONDIÇÕES. E a propriedade não fez NADA!!! E o hospede, como que fica??????? O restante também é ruim, hotel com aparência envelhecida, café da manhã pobre e mal servido. NÃO RECOMENDO NEM UMA NOITE, NEM MEIA NOITE. FUJAM!!!!!
