My room smelly like the carpet has been yet and lock up for a few weeks, The room was cramped, there was a bed and a desk with a chair but because of lock of space to chair was useless. My AC did not work for the first the days. One reported, staff have it working in minutes.

The hotel has a great location, which made it very convenient for exploring New York. However, there was a long line at check-in, and we had to wait. The elevators were also quite busy, and we often had to wait in line to use them. On the positive side, we really appreciated the complimentary cookies and water available from the reception every morning. Our room was cleaned every day, and we would like to thank the housekeeping team for their good service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
