Excellent hotel! Many things to do and very close to Ephesus, the house of the Virgin Mary. Bus 1 stop in front of the hotel and takes you to Kusadasi port and center which is BEAUTIFUL!!!

I highly recommend Labranda for couples with young kids and teens. I was in the area for business and stayed there…it was not ideal for single travelers but still very nice. The staff was fantastic, the food was decent and the views were really nice.

View was good ,staff also not bad,but the pools were too crowded and from early morning all sun loungers were occupied ,restoraunt was full during all mealtimes , elevators were busy and too small.

I used the hotel as a hub to visit historic sites. The food at the fish restaurant is amazing. Expect to see bird poop on the veranda rails of the main restaurant. The property is on a hill and if you have bad knees you better be prepared or call reception for the bell boy to take you up or down with the cart. I do not like cold water, so I didn’t swim at all in any of their pools. There is a local bus that stops outside the hotel that goes to Kusiadase. I was very upset that security did not allow my friend to drop me at the reception. The guard didn’t even bother to call reception so I had to walk all the way frim the ebtrance to my villa. The staff at the reception are all smiles but never felt they were genuine. The cleaning ladies, the waiters, the tractor driver, and the gardener are behind the good image of this hotel and the nice memories I have from my stay.

2023 yılında ilk ziyaretimizi gerçekleştirmiştik otele ve 2025 yılında da bu referans ile tekrar ziyarette bulunduk lakin geçen 2 yılda otelde sadece gıda enflasyonu ile açıklanamayacak değişiklikler söz konusu oldu. Mesela kokteyl işi neredeyse bitirilmiş (beach bar dan komple kaldırılmış) 5 çeşit kokteyl sadece lobi barda yapılıyor. Restaurant kısmına gelirsek her akşam bir kaç çeşit deniz mahsülü çıkarılırken şuan sadece tek çeşit ve vasat altı balık veriliyor sadece. Kırmızı et konusu da çok zayıf 2023 senesine göre. Personel sayısı az, içecek için bardak bulamadığımız 2 gün oldu mesela mecburen karton bardak ile bira içtik... Yemek kalitesi iyi, alkol kalitesi otel fiyat ile doğru orantılı. Personel saygılı. Asansör her zaman ki gibi büyük sorun. Sezonda bir tanesinin arızalı olması hoş görülecek bir şey değil malesef..

Otel fiyat performans açısından kesinlikle müthiş. Sahil çok güzel fakat deniz kalitesi ve zemini çok iyi değildi. Bu konuda oteli elinde olan bir şey yok. Yemekler lezzetliydi hergün öğlem ve akşam ızgara çıkıyor türüne göre tercih size kalmış. Tek büyük eksiklik bar kısımları. Barmenlerin kokteyl bilgileri çok kısıtlı, listede ki 4-5 tane kokteyl var sadece onlar veriliyor fakat onlarda orijinal yapılmıyor maalesef.

Gayet keyifli bir tatil gecirdim.Calısanlar elinden geleni yapiyordu hizmet iyiydi.Cankurtaran her havuzda vardi ve ilgililerdi.Yemekler oldukca ceşitliydi.Olumsuz birseyle karşılaşmadım bir calisan aguapark da cocuklar kayip dusmesin diye sezloglari bile uygun yere konumlandiriyordu yani detaylı düşünüyorlar bence gayet harikaydı.

Önce iyi şeyleri yazayım. Otel doğayla iç içe manzara görsellik muhteşem, deniz güzel değil denize giremedik.Havuz seviyorsanız çok eğlenirsiniz. Suit odayı beğendik yatak konforlu duşu balkonu her şeyi başarılıydı. Hijyen güzel. Dolapta sadece su vardı. Hem lobide hem de havuz yanında bar var ama içkiler çok kötü ve dandik. Otelin en kötü yanı maalesef mutfağı. Her şey dahil otel seçme sebebimiz zaten yiyip içmekken mutfağı beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Hiçbir şeyin lezzeti yoktu tavuk ve et ürünleri bile buz gibi servis ediliyor sıcak besin yok kahvaltıda koyulan poğaça simit ekmek bile sert ve bayat. Tüm yiyecekler yavandı denilebilir garip bir şekilde.Otelden maalesef karın ağrısıyla ayrıldım. Biraz daha lezzetli ve sıcak yemekler sunarsınız umarım misafirlerinize. Ek olarak istediğiniz zaman kahve alabileceğiniz kahve makineleri var ama maalesef kahvenin de tadı yok. Türk kahvesinden bahsetmek bile istemiyorum. Bu manzarayı ve güzeller güzeli oteli mutfağıyla eksiye taşımayın rica edeceğim. Yine de her şeye rağmen (yiyecek içecekler hariç )bolca havuza girip güzel vakit geçirip rahat uyuduğumuz bir tatildi. Ama tekrar tercih etmem. Teşekkürler.

Hizmet konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık, mutfak temizliği konusunda sıkıntılar vardı. Bardaklar, tabaklar temizlik konusunda iç rahatlatıcı değildi. Çok fazla saç kılı ile karşılaştık. Otelin konumu gayet iyiydi. Plaja iniş için kullanılan merdivenlerde çok güzel fotoğraflar çekilebilirsiniz. Plaja inişte ve çıkışta zorlanabilirsiniz.

Odaların temizliği beklentilerimizi karşıladı; tesis bünyesindeki tüm imkânlar titizlikle planlanmış durumda. Personel, güler yüzlü yaklaşımları ve çözüm odaklı destekleriyle misafir memnuniyetine önemli katkı sağlıyor. Yemekler standart düzeyde olmakla birlikte ihtiyaçları karşılar nitelikte. Bununla birlikte, tesisin büyük yüzölçümü nedeniyle iç ulaşımda zaman zaman aksamalar yaşanabilmektedir. Ring araçları yaklaşık 15 dakikalık aralıklarla hizmet verse de, oda–ortak alan–plaj gibi noktalar arasında erişim süresi beklenenden uzun olabilmektedir. Havuz, genel atmosfer ve açık alanlar yeterli standartta olup, iyileştirme potansiyeli barındırmaktadır. Özetle, otel sunduğu kapsamlı olanaklar ve misafirperver hizmet anlayışı ile keyifli bir tatil vadederken, iç ulaşım sürelerinin planlamaya dâhil edilmesi konuk deneyimini daha da iyileştirecektir.

Bungalov odada kaldık, odada böcekler vardı ve temiz değildi. Deniz çok uzaktı. Denizin kumu balçık gibiydi ayak basmak istemedik. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü değildi. Koca otelde 2 tane asansör vardı, asansör sırası beklemekten hiçbir yere yetişemedik. Diğer asansör bozuktu, bayram tatili için tamiri planlanabilirdi. Yemek ve içecekler normal ve yeterliydi. Fiyat performans bir deneyimdi. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir tesis maalesef ki değil.
