I had a delay in my travels, and the hotel accommodated me and worked with me to make sure I could check into my room. The staff was very helpful, and the area is quiet considering its surroundings. Would stay at this hotel again in the future.

A great place to stay if you “have” to stay in Times Square area….the restaurant and roof top bar is a BONUS!

Staff was great, very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We didn't eat on property so can't provide any feedback on that, but the concierge gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations which we used throughout our stay. The rooms are a good size for a NY hotel. We didn't feel cramped. It would be nice if the rooftop bar stayed open later, but that's the only negative. It's conveniently located to central subway stops so getting places was a breeze. We'll absolutely stay here the next time we're in NYC.

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located to transportation, restaurants, and sites we visited. The concierge person for the hotel was extremely helpful to us and helped save us time and money on getting to several of the sites we wanted to see. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

My family of four had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel in Times Square! The staff was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and attentive from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family. It provided the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring the city. One of the highlights was the restaurant—the view was absolutely amazing and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also unbeatable, just a short walk from Times Square and close to everything we wanted to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service and a convenient location in the heart of New York City. We would definitely stay here again!
