Room was relatively small with non opening window,but that's usually it seems for Singapore.Not that impressed with cleaners, tea cups left after room cleaned on day 2,but not major.Staff friendly and welcoming .Pano who checked me in kindly tried to find me a quiet room. Great value for money for the excellent location,.as a base, few feet away from MRT, near Business management uni and lots of cafes.

Rooms are very small , pictures displayed on the websites are very deceiving. Breakfast was very disappointing which was severed at the restaurant across the road due to renovations at the hotel. This should have been communicated prior to check in giving patrons an Opportunity to cancel or change .

It was a wonderful service, we were offered earlier check in and late check out for free. Our flight was departing late hence we left out luggage and walk through the city. When we returned complementary shower also was offered. Excellent service

We only stayed here for 2 nights but loved the location of the hotel. The rooms are quite small but fine for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and staff were helpful. We particularly appreciated the complimentary use of a room to shower and change after we had checked out! The only minus is the air-con, which didn't seem to cool the room down as much as other hotels we have stayed in, in Singapore.
