They messed up my reservation and emailed me a couple days before my stay to let me know that I would need to stay in their other location which did not have breakfast but I would at least get the tax off. I emailed them back and told them that was fine and I would go to the other location and gave them my cell phone number in case they had any questions. I had full access to my phone, texting, and emails and never heard anything back from them. So the day of my reservation I head to the location I was told to stay at. I buzz the door, no answer. I then call the woman who took me reservation and she told me they made another mistake and that she had tried to reach me to let me know which she absolutely did not, my phone was working the whole time. She told me I needed to go back to the original location I had booked for. They offered nothing to help me, just to walk there from where I was even though I had paid for a taxi to take me all the way to where I was told to go and by this point the driver had left. It was a 14 minute walk with all my luggage! All I get was a sorry and they offered me the breakfast for free but it’s already included in the price I paid so??? On top of all this, the bathroom was not very clean, the soap dispenser was empty the whole time I was there, they didn’t clean my room once during my stay, and they let people smoke cigarettes by the open window which wafted onto my room. Overall a really disappointing experience.
