We had a great stay at this property. The executive lounge was very well appointed and we enjoyed the rooftop deck area. Very comfortable beds though we wished for more convenient outlets for charging. Staff was friendly and helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

First time to Vancouver. Loved the JW Marriott: staff, room/lounge, amenities, and location. We even tried and immensely enjoyed our experiences at Honey Salt, a bit skeptical 3.8/5 Google rating. The food was fresh, hot, well seasoned and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Would definitely give them 5/5.

8/10 Very good

Very impressive location right at BC Place Friendly welcoming. But the service at the room was not satisfying. We asked for several things ( the room was booked for a wedding stay) and did not receive attendance for this special occasion. It was frustrating.
