Little Things Not Quite Right
We were very happy with the location, walking distance to most sites and lots to do in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are small, clean and modern. The mattress was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, modern thermostat system. Now a few things that weren’t quite right. When we arrived one room required repairs that took ~90 minutes before the room could be used to shower and unpack. The other room had a broken bath faucet control. When pointed out it was just pushed back into position, but every time it was used it came off. The soap tray was mounted to the wall but was very loose. The single biggest issue was the lack of space for clothes and toiletries. We had a small closet to hang items but zero storage for other clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases for our 3 night stay (with luggage for a 16 night trip). The bathroom sink had a raised bowl vessel that left minimal space on the already small countertop. Our room had space for a dresser and some shelves in the bathroom. The bedroom had a third twin sofa/bed that was only useful to place an open suitcase on. It also had a large suitcase bench, so my assumption is that the designer likes to live out of a suitcase. I can’t imagine 3 people in that room with no storage. If you are traveling light this is a great place, with a lot of luggage it is too small.

Fabulous little hotel in super location- within 10 minutes of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc. Paper maps to help with tourist planning! Breakfast in room delivered in a box. A bit of luxury we loved.

This property requires major renovation. The room we stayed in had a broken mirror panel on the closet door. Another mirror panel was hanging, ready to fall, they put a tape on it after we complained. The shower head was broken, to be precise there weren't shower had at all

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel which says a lot. The location is great and very central. The rooms are clean and comfortable however we noticed that some aspects of the room/hotel have started to look a little bit worn since our previous visit. Scuff marks are hard to avoid, but there was some minor damage, and our bathroom had a broken soap dish so we used a coffee saucer instead. Not a big deal, but for a delux room, you notice these small details. Still a great stay in a perfect location.
