The perfect hotel in Singapore for me
Novotel does well with this property. Nice, clean , quiet room with perfect and quiet aircon, comfy bed and linen. Seven eleven, small eateries nearby and nice walk to Orchard Rd.

This was is a winner! Not usually a big fan of big brand names but this one fits the bill. Need some improvements on the front desk. Hit or miss on front desk staff but try to pick the ones who look like they have been doing it for a while versus the newbies who clearly are clueless on what they are doing. Other departments have wonderful staffing. Will stay again here. Rooms were fabulous!!

Two pools is better than one
Novotel was really good. Interesting is sharing some areas with wall-2-wall Mercure hotel. I was able to use both pools, whick I liked very much. If stuff not available at one hotel simply ask another one (umbrella for instance)
