Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The check in and out process was fast and easy. Lots of parking. Room was clean and had a nice shower. Bed was comfortable. Pet friendly was a big plus. Watrous is a lovely town to walk in the evenings and a very short drive from the many attractions at Manitou Beach. Recommend!

It's an older motel with small rooms. We were there on a very hot day. The air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. The beds are comfortable. If you are looking to just get a good nights sleep it is quiet and comfortable.

Just love the property. Staff was friendly and parking was very convenient. Cost of stay is excellent. The only down was the housekeeping in the room. Between 1 and 10, housekeeping is around a 4. However, I will surely stay here again.

This place was clean but the shower did not work. There is a train line right beside it but the last train I heard was before 9:30 p.m. and I heard a huge truck go by before that as well. It seems quiet after that and I got a really great night sleep and was not awakened by any other noises. I didn't actually really mind my stay here but the price was a little too much for it.
