It was so horrible I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in.. the door wouldn’t open with the key and then when an employee used their key to open the door the door itself looked busted and had to be pushed in to be closed. Also in the fact that there were spiders in the corners and it smelled like mold..

Unfortunately the best part of this one hour stay was the check in staff, they were kind and understanding as my partner and I checked in and out within an hour due to the state of the room. It has a small, broken deadbolt, hair on the floor and in the bathroom, and dirty walls/floor. My partner and I did not feel safe in this establishment sadly.

Conveniently located on International drive where you find lots of restaurants and bars. Also lots of souvenir shops If you are using public transportation to get there from the airport be aware that it is an hour bus ride Staff at the reception was friendly Bed was confortable I had a room on the pool side On my last day a guest started honking early in the morning which woke me up Reception sells water bottle Couch in my unit has seen better days, definitely should get a deep clean Realised on my last night that there was a black mark on the sheet on the side of the bed I was not using After my first night cleaning team has not passed by then after the second night they changed towels but didn't do the bed like hotels normally do.

Shady

I my work schedule changed and when I got there to cancel they told me I would be charged a no show fee for the first night but the front desk couldn’t issue a refund. After sending emails to the property manager they refused to give my money back for the full week I had booked even tho I never stayed a night in this shady hotel. If you travel for work and have an unpredictable schedule I would not recommend. There is a reason it’s the cheapest hotel in the area. Look at pics of the property or read any of the reviews before booking this place

They’re trying, not there yet.

They’re trying, not there yet. Garbage in lobby stinks, placed right by door, and line for desk and no one seems to care to take it out. Shower floor, replace asap. Outside stairwell are toilets for the homeless and drunk. Once you pass these, the bed is ok. Pleasantly surprised by the Disney themed coat hanger. Great for a one night stay only.

Horrible room. Floor was sticky, filthy and FULL of scratches. Everything smelled like midew. Tv did not work. Service was not good. Items stolen from property and they did not check the cameras or give us contact information for the manager to make a report. Hotel was cheap but overall NOT worth it. Things will be stolen if you stay here. 0/5 stars.
