The rooms are fine, the staff is lovely! Once your taxi finally finds the hotel the have to make a 30 point turn to turn around on the one way street, you get to carry your bags up tile stairs so you can sit down for the check-in, it was interesting watching parents with strollers manage the stairs. One of those places for me when the pictures are better than the reality.

Absolutely loved the floorplan. We got the last time we visited in December. The room was awesome. It had a hot tub off the bathroom outside on the patio that you could walk directly back through as well as the other patio door. They have a very lovely rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant plenty of chairs and seating. Perfect if you want to be right in the middle of all the excitement..

Disliked: late night noise from the 5th Avenue bars, restaurants ( going on until 2 AM & on one night until 4:30 AM ) Ask for rooms to the rear, or to the side without balconies for less noise.
