We booked this hotel as we had seen it on a TV programme unfortunately for us one of the main reason we wanted to stay was because of the traditional food in the restaurant which of course was sold out that night. At breakfast the next morning we were told there were out of milk and the delivery truck hadn't arrived yet so no milk for our coffee. The hotel website states there is a spa which there isn't and when asked about getting a massage we were told there were some places in the neighbourhood we could go to. The one thing that was the stand out was the woman who greeted us upon our arrival made us feel at home and welcome. She was the wife of the owner and when she discovered some of the problems we encountered she took our unsatisfactory meal off the bill and promised to right some of the problems with the staff ie slow service, getting service etc.
