Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Yuni, the Guest Relations Manager. Even before our arrival, she arranged our airport transfers and responded promptly to every question we had. During our stay, she also organized our island tours, made reservations at a luxury spa, and helped us with every detail of our itinerary. Her dedication, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations. We traveled as a large group and booked six rooms.For some of us, it was our first visit to Bali, and even our first trip overseas. Yuni’s incredible support gave everyone peace of mind and elevated our entire vacation. She played a huge part in making this trip so special. The hotel’s location is another highlight. Although the street outside is lively and full of energy, the rooms are wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. This hotel truly understands the meaning of genuine hospitality. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Bali. True Balinese style, beautiful, caring and friendly staff, spacious rooms, superb pools and garden areas. Free tea and coffee stations daily at front bar and rear gazebo. First time I’ve been back since 2005 and property has been extensively renovated and is amazing. Fantastic central location on Jalan Legian. Only fault is linen and towels were a bit aged and could do with updating.

Nice enough for the price. Lovely staff. 2 nice pools. Breakfast was ok. Nice balcony with the lifts being a bonus. However, bring your earplugs! There is a very loud nightclub that closes at 3am. That was a huge negative. Renovations happening at the moment, but should be completed very soon. Only other negative was the grey towels.
