The personnel ruins this great place
Booked for two nights, the first night we arrived there late and nobody was there to let us in. Tried to call earlier in the evening but calls wouldn't go through. Had to book and pay for another hotel for the first night, the owner kept insisting it was our fault. He didn't even bother sending an email to check if we were coming before he left and went home to sleep. The room was great though I must say we did feel very uncomfortable the second day at breakfast, with both the owner and the wife standing in turns across the room waiting for us to be done (we were the only guests there). And they insisted breakfast was until 9.30 and check out by 10.30 while in the room it said 10 and 11 respectively. Also they gave us the 'privilege' of using the pool to compensate for the fact we lost one night (no refund obviously), so don't expect to use the pool for free. And you need to bring your own towels as you are not allowed to use the ones from the bathroom "as they are white" (what kind of reasoning is that?). All in all, great place and great room but wow did they manage to ruin the last few days of our holiday!
