A wonderful place!!!
What a delightful stay! Our only regret is that we stayed only one night. Keith and Andrea are wonderful hosts for their unique and wonderful B&B. The location is perfect for walking into town and there are many great things to see and do within a short drive. A few nights here couldn’t possibly disappoint.

A lovely place to stay.
This is a delightful place to stay, ideally for people looking to spend several days in Bairnsdale. It's within walking distance of the main street & the Mitchell river; and it's quiet. Andrea & Keith are very attentive & welcoming hosts.

Were welcomed by our hosts and given a lot of information for our stay very informative. A beautiful old house and lovely gardens. We stayed in the blue room. It was full of art and everything you need. A beautiful big bathtub. A short walk to Main Street. A comfortable stay

Like proper Bed and Breakfasts used to be
This stay was sensational. Everything was better than it said on the website - Is there a better place to stay in Bairnsdale?
We stayed in the garden view room - perfect balance of comfort, kookiness and amenity.

The place was immaculate with lovely gardens. We were not warned that our unit would be an attic one with quite a few steps. For 81-year-old couple it cause a couple of falls. In the evening coming back from dinner, the walkways were insufficiently provided with clear railings. Finally, the very soft pillows were not conducive to good sleep. Yes, we could have brought our own pillows - if we had been warned.
