Excellent property modern, spacious, clean everything worked and was of a high quality. Great positron close to shops, supermarkets etc. Check in easy, contact and assistance also very good and immediate when district blackout had occurred and instant hot water needed to be turned on again. Just involved turning on a switch as directed over the phone- easy! I am happy to recommend this property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Central Avenue Apartments. Extremely spacious and comfortable Apartment, that was very well equipped and ideally located within the town of Margaret River. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, everything about the Apartment is impressive.

Nice new, clean, modern & great location
A very nice place to stay that is new, clean and modern. It's in the heart of town and a great location close to shops. You get access to a single secured garage to park your car. It's self-sufficient and the staff are friendly and helpful.
