Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. First, the reception is in a completely different location, which was extremely inconvenient. Then, the electricity in our apartment failed, and despite our complaints, no one was sent to fix it. To make things worse, the washing machine trapped our clothes inside, and the staff showed no interest in helping us retrieve them. Finally, when we asked for a refund due to all these issues, they outright refused. Avoid this place at all costs!

The Apartment was really nice and perfect for a City Trip to Oslo. It was located Perfect. You can reach everything really fast by foot, Tram and Bus. The only criticism is the noise level in the apartment (sepcially at night) as the windows are not soundproof.

We loved the apartment—but—the after hours check in process was not that easy. First we got a taxi to where we thought the apartment is only to find out that you just get a key from a lockbox. By now, the taxi has left. Now we need to figure out where the actual address is and walk there. Once we finally found the apartment it was very clean and comfortable. I think knowing ahead of time to not let the taxi leave would have been very helpful as it was later at night that we arrived. But our stay was lovely, the furnishings comfortable and the area quiet.

This was a really lovely stay. The two-bedroom setup was perfect for three people. Loved the living room and kitchen setup as well. The location was also perfect!! We checked in at the office and then had to walk to our apartment which was about 5 min away. It was good we were all young because I think it could be challenging for older people/families to find efficiently. It would be nice to provide salt & pepper and oil or something to people that are staying there as it was a little tough to cook without. The only other thing that I'd like to say is that we were there for four nights and it would have been nice to have a couple extra towels as each person got one big and one small towel and after a couple days we really needed to do a wash, but did not have the time for them to dry.

I loved this property. For me it was so central and close to the waterfront. Great selection of food options for example cafes and restaurants plus great grocery stores nearby. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would recommend this property to anyone without a second thought.

We very much enjoyed our stay due to the location of this property. It was very close to the opera house, the munch Museum, etc. The only issue we had was with the unit being uncomfortably warm due to the fact that the heat pump/heat exchanger could not produce temperatures inside on warm days. I would suggest adding ceiling fans to the rooms as way to improve the comfort level.

The communication with the property is slight frustrating. But generally ok. The bit I’m not happy with it was, I need to take the rubbish to the general rubbish area when checked out. The apartment itself isn’t bad, good and clean. They are kind enough for me to leave my luggage at the office after checked out.
