Simplesmente fui surpreendido aodescobrir pelo recepcionista da madrugada ( pois cheguei às 3h da manhã) que se tratava de um imóvel de particular ( que inclusive estava a venda), e que não dispunha de nenhum serviço, muito menos enxovais de cama e banho. Para quem viajou com a familia por 6 horas de carro desejando chegar, tomar um belo banho e descansar em uma cama boa e cheirosa, me decepcionei pois o quarto estava com um forte cheiro de mofo, tinha uma cama de casal e um sofá cama empoeirados, resumindo foi uma terrível experiência. Me senti ENGANADO, pois em nenhum momento houve clareza nas informações sobre o que a diária contemplava ou deixava de contemplar. Além disso, tive que desembolsar mais dinheiro para alugar lençóis, toalhas e travesseiros. O mínimo que exijo é o ressarcimento do que gastei , pois nunca imaginei passar por uma experiência tão ruim.
