Execelente Hotel, mas check-in fraco.
Quarto é excelente, bem espaçoso e com cama king confortável. Alugamos 2 quartos conjugados, 1 para as crianças e outro para o casal. O atendimento da recepção so Hotel no check-in não foi bom, precisam melhorar no atendimento ao cliente (combinei previamente conjugados, mas no check-in tive que brigar para conseguir, foi frustrante o ocorrido).

Já foi melhor.
Não está valendo o custo benefício. Trocamos de quarto 3 vezes pois havia um ruído elétrico insuportável espalhando-se pelos andares e a manutenção do prédio não conseguia identificar de onde vinha. O serviço de manobristas muito ruim. Eles ficam dispersos, com certa má vontade e conversando entre si e não prestam atenção nos hóspedes. O piso do salão de café da manhã sujo todos os dias. Telefone da recepção nunca atende e você acaba sendo transferido para outro setor que volta a ligação para lá. Coincide sempre de nos hospedarmos com eventos de convenções de vendas onde os participantes não sabem se comportar no hotel, andam nos corredores e elevadores com garrafas de cerveja, falando muito alto e a piscina fica impossível.
