整體而言，真的很一般，因為臨時決定行程，訂房也是早上登機前才訂，沒什麼選擇下，所以才選擇了這家温泉旅館，新千歲機場開車到這不遠，旅館有提供停車位置，check in取鎖匙🔑後，坐升降機到住宿樓層，步行至房間的走廊已經有一股發霉味道，房間內有輕微翻新，但也是一樣有霉味，清潔打掃也不到位，很多位置也有灰塵，還好10月天氣清涼不太冷也不太熱可以開窗通風驅一下異味，灰塵我們用消毒濕紙巾擦了一片，擦出來都是灰灰黑黑的，房間內的熱水煲一股味道，按壓出來的熱水也有點鹹怪味，打開來看不止有水垢還黃黃灰灰的，對於我們習慣天天喝熱茶溫水來說真是太糟糕了，泡完溫泉想用來泡個杯麵宵夜也不行，而晚餐和早餐是自助餐，味道方面可以，種類也多，以價錢來說一泊二食是不貴，但是我們夫妻兩人都肚子不舒服肚瀉了幾天，感覺是衛生問題。我們夫妻很喜歡日本，來日本超過20次，便宜的貴的酒店都住過不少，很少會遇到這樣的情況。 旅館附近晚上有Light event《JOZANKER NATURE LUMINARTE》，旅館送了2張門票，位置在二見公園，步行幾分鐘便到，晚餐後出去散步拍照，比起酒店房間和餐食，這應該是最棒的部分。 早上退房後，我們到附近逛逛，北海道來說真的很靜，旅客也不多，值得看的景點也不多，旅館附近的一間很大的溫泉酒店也倒閉了，看著荒廢了的建築物，比較死氣沉沉和陰森。

歴史があるのでそれなりに劣化しているだろうと思ったが、リニューアルをしていたりで全体的にわりと綺麗だった。お風呂は必要最低限の設備だったが、困る事はなかったし、清掃もしっかりされていた。食事はバイキングだったので楽しみにしていたが、今までの温泉宿からいくと品数少なめ、味もいまいち。せっかくのオープンキッチンの天ぷらが熱々じゃない。補充が遅い。盛り皿内のプチトマト数個が腐っていた（カビが生えていた）のにそのまま…夕食はかなり残念な結果。朝食は良かった。フロント以外の従業員が、おもてなしの心なさすぎ。朝廊下ですれ違っても挨拶なし。レストランの誘導係の態度も冷たい。ランクをあげて、花もみじにすれば良かったかな？と思った。

駐車場が鬼遠いが連れて行ってくれる優しいけどおじさん無愛想。帰りの駐車場までどうするの問題案内無し悲しい。温泉設備良かったサウナ快適だが鬼遠い疲れる。和洋室広い素敵だが不衛生でも良かった。ディナー美味しかった料理が豊富だがりんごジュース無し肉無し寿司種類少ない。モーニング少なすぎ時間短すぎパン美味しすぎ。プール案内優しくないが監視感謝で見過ぎで楽しめない。フロントおじさん丁寧接客するべき適当タメ口下に見るな。スタッフ全員無愛想挨拶無しだが厨房外国人スタッフ愛想良い。アルコールラストオーダー声かけ無し怒るでしかし。部屋床鬼汚い湿ってるベタベタするキモい。部屋虫注意書きあるが虫無し安心。
