Hello there, The hotel is not clean, the safe does not lock, the bathroom is not clean, there are ants, and the refrigerator is not clean. I made a reservation for six days, but unfortunately I only stayed in it for three days because I was unable to cancel my reservation, and the management is not cooperative, and there are pictures and videos to confirm my words. I feel disappointed.
