"Hotel very clean.. staff is excellent... Breakfast was excellent... The only complaint I have put the bottom units\n That lead to the swimming pool.\n I have access to the swimming pool. The air con. Is not strong? And when you put it on the lower settings, the card would not work and water would come on to the floor. Smells like mildew...... Otherwise , the hotel where it got five stars.... good location.... If you like to smoke hookah by the pool.\nExcellent.... Against staff is excellent"

"Pros: Location and the Pool. Walking distance to Waterbom and other amenities in heart of Kuta. Kids lived the pool and the slides. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very friendly Cons : Breakfast was a miss. Coffee machines make really bad coffee, brista coffees are not much better. Kids club is paid activity. Had to pay to hire a swimming floatie for my 6 yr old. Probably would not have felt this way if we didn't moved from a different hotel. "

"We upgraded our room to a ground floor interconnecting room as the family room was pretty run down. So glad we did and it had 3 toilets in total. We love the pool as it’s less busy and has well shaded parts. The resort also offered one of the best detox lymphatic massages I’ve had. It was a well balanced treatment with a mix of lymph drainage and gentle Balinese massage. "
