The room was not acceptable for 2 people it was dangerous one plug running multiple appliances which was up the top half f a doorframe we were at the top of the hotel with no means of escape whatsoever if a fire broke out it ie appalling that they actually get away with this accommodation it has proper health and safety issues

Hotel was ok, nothing grand, just ok. It wasn’t a bad hotel, not a luxury hotel by Amy standards, for a one night stay it was ok. Longer stay, I’d probably seek a better higher standard hotel.

A welcoming hotel, the room I stayed in needs a little upgrading as the main light didn't work and the shower hose was faulty As a business traveler the hotel was quiet which is perfect but the WIFI very slow

Conveniently located
Very conveniently located close to Paddington Station with keen room prices. However, much of the hotel is looking tired. Our shower cubicle grouting wasn't clean and we struggled to get cold and hot water to mix. The room we had was very small but to compensate the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included
