    Very bad internet connection
The wifi provided by the hotel was atrocious !!! Although the hotel was very helpful in trying to rectify the situation, it did not help. Very bad connectivity, low internet speed and line dropping frequently.

    Excellent hotel!
Excellent hotel. This is not my first stay here. Slightly disappointed that the pool isn’t all year round but I’ll live.

The hotel whilst reasonable on price is in need of a good update. The rooms are dated, not well maintained and in some cases in need of repair.

    Real Shame, Huge Potential.
As a wedding event being the main couple we stayed in one of the duplex suites. The room itself although was somewhat “Vintage” decor was actually very nice and comfortable with an absolutely stunning view. It was very clean generally save for some general housekeeping errors. What I was not so keen on was the very apparent lack of communication amongst their own team. Bearing in mind 1. This was a wedding 2. We were paying top dollar for one of the suites - everything I tried to arrange through them (usual, something for the bride as a surprise, parking for the wedding car, space for the party to eat breakfast together) were a straight out “computer says No” situation. The offered complimentary fruit basket never turned up - Not even any alternatives were offered to any requests and it just seemed very inflexible, bureaucratic and too much effort. There were a couple of very helpful staff members, Tommy from Concierge was amazing, and at least the duty manager Ivy listened to my concerns albeit a HK$75 ‘Goodwill’ gesture just doesn’t cut it when you’ve spent a significant sum for the room and for breakfasts with the family. I was mooting rating this hotel lower, but I appreciate business in HK is tough right now - but there is still a lot to do to try pick up their service offering if they want to compete against the others nearby that would go above and beyond to make a wedding party feel special.

Excellent service. The young man at the concierge desk called a cab for us to go to Kowloon side n put our luggage in the taxi trunk for us. Very polite and courteous.
