Great spot, rooms are lovely. We did find 2 beetles crawling around (1 on the floor, 1 in the pillows) and there was an odd film substance covering the floor that made the floor really slippery and uncomfortable.

This is a motel that has been renovated and i like the concept. Its a fun retro take on a Motel. However this isn't a hotel. Its a motel. The distinction is significant because there are no amenities or services provided here that would ordinarily feature in a hotel. The rooms are basic with a bed and bar fridge. The bed is comfortable! However for the price, its a bit overpriced. I do love the concept, but perhaps a few more inclusions in the room rate would justify the price. We paid $330 for 1 night. To compare, the Fairmont nearby was $285 a night and has extensive grounds and amenities.
