The staff were very kind and attentive. I was able to check-in early without any issues. The king size bedroom was clean and very good sized for a party of two. The shower water pressure was very good and the bathroom vanity was spacious. The atmosphere was comfortable and we felt very safe throughout our stay.

6/10 Good

This hotel is in an excellent location in midtown Manhattan. Staff are friendly and helpful and downstairs common area with dining is nice overall. The rooms however are dated with visible signs of wear and tear on the furnishings and bedding. Bathrooms seemed clean but also showing their age.

Great location in midtown. Hotel room was small but cozy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful in accommodating us and making things right for their room reservation mistake. I would choose this hotel again next time.

Overall hotel was very good and great location. Only issue was elevators were slow and middle one was not working so you could wait a while to get off your floor.

Overall our experience was good! This hotel is great for its convenient location to Grand central. I will say we had a hard time at night due to other guests on our floor being loud..the doors close very loudly so when people were getting in late at night, it did wake us up. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Clean rooms a bit small but still big enough to be comfortable. The gym is amazing and the location is fantastic, steps from Grand Central Station, which gives you access to many subway lines. Great price, especially considering I have four kids and needed two rooms. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious room and a central location without it feeling crowded and too busy. Even free laundry service for gym clothes.

Super clean hotel in a fantastic location with attentive staff. Couldn't ask for much more than that. We were able to check in early with the ihg app which was a plus

8/10 Very good

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a perfect mix of firm and soft. The room got plenty dark, and the A/C worked fine! Our room was near the elevator and was a little noisy when people were walking to their own rooms, but it was quiet otherwise. The lobby smelled like weed, and you have to take the elevator to the reception on the second floor. The amenities seemed fine, and the balcony area looked comfortable.
