    The Linq has always been the hotel to stay at! It’s cheap clean and it’s just cheap! It was pretty cool now that they have the check in kiosks instead of going to the registration desk but it sometime doesn’t work so you still have to go to the desk. Rooms are great. The people very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you haven’t stayed yet.

    Would not stay here again

    Very disappointed. You pay a lot of money then have to do everything yourself. The safe would not lock; called front desk & waited 15 minutes, no one responded. We went down to the front desk to let them know. Then we came back later and found a card on the door that they had come in and "fixed" it. There was no door knob sign that said "no service", so we were unable to let the hotel know not to enter; the desk area was barely big enough to hold my laptop. The hotel charges for internet service if you log in to their internet on more than 2 devices ($14.99 per day per device). The service at the front desk was non-existent; they provide you with a code and you do everything else on your own. You need your room key card in order to use the elevator..all in all, a horrible stay. Too many issues and no one to help you.

    Overall, my stay was nice. Two issues. Could not get A/C to go below 70 degrees. A few nights were stuffy d/t heat. Don’t like the TV connected to WiFi. Poor reception when trying to watch a little bit of the Olympics.

    Loved the LINQ!!

    Loved the LINQ!! We stood at three hotels during our multi-state vacation, and this was, by far, the cleanest, nicest place. The price was amazing! Only complaint would be, we had a pool facing room, and the outside of the windows were dirty, so the view was not so great, especially when the sun was hitting them. But, I would definitely stay here again!

    Room very small. AC was not working when got there. Maintenance man tried his best. Got a smaller room. Parking garage is full as construction is going on??? Front desk need someone that can answer questions. Not bad hotel just need better service at front desk

    The worst room

    I had stayed at The Linq before and I decided to choose this hotel again because my first visit was good. The hotel had a good vibe and I loved the room. This time my hotel experience was horrible, the room they gave was in bad conditions. 1- the carpet had a sticky stain. 2- the bathroom amenities were missing. 3- shower curtain has yellow mold 4- the hand soap dispenser was not even there. It looked like if they forgot to put it back. 5- the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not replenish. 6- the hair dryer dusty. 7- they didn’t service my room. 8- didn’t want to replenish my towels. 9- when calling FD or HSK nobody answer me once. 10- check out time was till 11am and at 8am I had a house attendant knocking on my door asking if I was leaving. I didn’t want to open the door and looked through the peephole and the house attend in a creepy way was telling me that he knew I was standing behind the door. The only good part was the FD agent who checked me in at my arrival. She made my check in pretty smooth and fast. BY the way I got a room on the 17th floor right next to elevators.
